yea, grab a video cam, make sure u have a broadband, then start to transmit live 
Hopefully u`re not from a terrorist group and u want to send live executions 
Ah, also your web page will need a player ... either media player, or flash player ... you name it, to which you fetch the streaming data that you want to transmit.
