how to change flash player .exe icon ?

Is there a way to chage the icon of a flash player .exe file without hacking the exe?
I mean if there's a way to set the icon from flash before publishing.
I think not, but I just give it a try.

There may be an easier way, but I use an intermediary agent to package EXE's call "Flash-n-Pack". It also allows me to create organically shaped, chromeless windows for the presentations.
