How to Embed HTML page into swf & Embed IMG to scroll text?

Have few problemo about flash for i'm a beginner of it.
i'm using Flash MX

1. can i embed html page into swf?
i wanna make flash page and the html version for alternate link if the browser doesnt support flash.
and the idea is that the content of the swf will be taken/imported from the html page. is it posibbly done in flash MX ?
(avoiding import .txt to stage...)

2. Want to embed picture in scrollable textfield.
but i don't know how. i've tried to render the text into html tag but fail *hell i sound so dumb!*

Try converting the HTML content into XML which you can then parse with Flash. This javascript technique called Faust might get you what you need.
