AS 3.0 - how do I get a button to close the HTML window?

I've been searching all over for this, but all I can find are some posts and tutorials using the outdated AS 2.0 way.

I have a small "X" button that is supposed to close the entire window. Please help!

use geturl

and send it to a page with

<BODY onLoad="javascript:window.close();">

in it
