How do I get upgradeable content on my site??

Hi,

I'm pretty new to web design. I'm pretty decent with html/css & flash.

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but i'm trying to figure out how to place content on my flash site that I can easily update. For example a NEWS section that I can update constantly new info on my front page w/ out having to go in and edit the flash document everytime.

I'm selling instrumetals online. I have created the music player for the instrumentals 'play,pause, download and buy etc.. But how do I get it on a web page so that everytime I upload a track on my server, it automatically adds another player with the track in it.

For your first question:
Use dynamic text fields for your content and pull the content from an XML or a text file.
