How to increses the framerate of movie clip

i used the bitmap caching (on) in my movie clip . After used bitmap caching my movie clip plays more slowly then before

i maked alot of nested clips in this movie

are you using flash 8?
and if so, what is that you want to achieve? maybe there's another way to do it.

yes sir am using flash 8 ,
i make a intro of a compnay , in this intro i try to show how the company started (make a story through 1958 to 2006 ) in this intro i use 6 or 7 images with effects and some text animation the frame rate of my movie is 50 fps, when the text animation plays it works smooth but when the graphic animation plays it works slowly (u can say jerky) then i got solution after a search , that is bitmap caching option (just for flash8 player)

i applyed it on my movie , after applying this action my movie works more slowly then before , i just want that my movie play smoothly through start till end
