How do i make an image have a motion tween aswell as have a spinning transform effect on it? is it possible to have both at the same time?

there's a bunch of ways to do that.
one way would be to convert the graphic to a movieclip and have a looping spin going on within that movieclip...
then, go back out the root and motion tween the object across the screen.

another thing is, as long as you're rotating less than 180 degrees at a time, you can rotate and move an object and then apply a motion tween to it...

other ways, too, if you want to actionscript it up.

you can place the spinning object inside a movieclip and than move the movieclip across the screen :-)
