How is this done? Flash playing on webpage

Hello,

I been using flash for years and recently come across advertisements like this...

(this is not advertising.... why would i want to advertise for microsoft?)

Anyway, on the corner would be an advert (ford car) ... click on "replay" and be amazed...

How is that done??/

Advertisements suddenly growing then playing in front of your screens then shrinking again??? eh?

This is done because the company is paying that certain website to advertise their products.

Then everytime you click on a certain link, the advertisement pops up.

I meant the way it works...... It is javascript around that flash advertisement...

Then once you click on that button the flash runs on top of the html

I use Firefox so I have no idea what you're talking about.
