HTML & Flash-GoToandStop at a certin frame in another sw

After playing around with flash for almost a month now, I decided I needed to make a more user friendly and navigation friendly page.

so i created a frame based html page, and loaded an swf menu on the top frame. The top frame swf has the menu.
I want the menu to:
1- gotoandstop at a certain frame of te movie I loaded in the main part of the hmtl page, i.e. the frame that contains the main body of the page.
2- I also want to load a different movie everytime I click on a different link in the swf within the menu frame.

I thought it might be hard to understand what I just said, so I loaded the html and swf file to the following address:
