3D Level Flash Ads?

You know how you log onto MSN or Yahoo and a flash ad has a person walk out of the ad and appear to walk across the screen. Next the person stop in mid window and talks to you finally walking back onto the ad. What is that? And how do I learn to do that? Any good tutorials?

It's just a regular flash movie, but it's made with transparency using WMode and DIV layering.

Most of those are put together by the ad network. Look at something like pointroll. They take the creative as separate files and then make all of them intereact.
