Linking components to php email and form mail

Does anyone know how to link components in Flash such as "ComboBox" , "Radio Button" , or "Text Input" in action script to link to PHP?!?

I know how to manually create a text input instead of using the component one in flash, but I haven't been able to figure out how to action script the ComboBox and Radio Button, so the PHP can recieve the info when the user fills out the forms I created. This is for a website I'm working on.
