Code: [ Select ]
on (release){
  gotoAndPlay("Scene Name", frame number);
}
  1. on (release){
  2.   gotoAndPlay("Scene Name", frame number);
  3. }

Code: [ Select ]
on (release){
  gotoAndStop("Scene Name", frame number);
}
  1. on (release){
  2.   gotoAndStop("Scene Name", frame number);
  3. }

Those are if the button exists on the main timeline.

If the the button exists inside a movieclip symbol, you would need to give frame 1 of your scene a frame label (in the properties panel for the frame) and then use
Code: [ Select ]
on (release){
  _root.gotoAndPlay("frameLabelYouUsed");
}
  1. on (release){
  2.   _root.gotoAndPlay("frameLabelYouUsed");
  3. }
