Loading Screen Help

Hi. i'm new at flash so go easy on me. I made a small flash site recently. It didn't take long to load, but then i added music and it took much longer. I already made a loading screen, but i need to find out how to put my site in there.

what is youe entire site? 
i suggest you load it externally, using mc.loadMovie("mysite.swf").
