Hey,

I'm not too sure what you mean, I bit more detail would be helpful.

Do you mean that you've got a .swf file called index.swf and in that you load another file (load_file.swf) and that the load_file.swf preloader isn't working?

If so the problem might be how you reference the load_file.swf. Becasue if you have something like
_root.getBytesLoaded()
in the load_file.swf it will return the index.swf's bytes loaded, not the load_file.swf's.

Hope that helps.

now i m explaining the whole problem

i have done a photography site

category file name is category.swf
& picture animation file name is pic1.swf, pic2.swf, pic3.swf

now when index movie loads & when some one click on portfolio link then category.swf loads...in that category.swf file i have placed some 10 images..when u click 1st image then pic1.swf loads

i'm still pretty unclear on what you mean...
so please don't get too frustrated.

i think check out unloadMovieClip might help you out a bit...
so when someone loads, for example, pic1.swf, they simultaneously unload category.swf.

i hope i'm answering your question somewhat.
