I am trying to create a flash movie that will constantly load variable from PHP.

my php code (named count.php) look something like this
Code: [ Select ]
echo "&c0=6&c1=5&c2=4&";

and i put this in actionscript
Code: [ Select ]
loadVariablesNum ("count.php", 0, "GET");

the problem is i notice that the swf file cannot read 3 variables all at once. it only work for one variable, when i put like echo "&c0=6&";

can somebody tell me what's wrong? thanx in advance... :)

loadVariablesNum can load multiple variables at once, to illistrate put 3 dynamic text boxes on your root timeline, set the variables for thoose textboxes to c0, c1, c2. On the timelines actions place your loadVariablesNum("count.php", 0, "GET");
in count.php echo "&c0=0&c1=1&c2=2"

This WILL change the values of each textbox respectively.

It's good practice to ensure any variables that will get loaded are declared in flash before loading them, either that or target variables being in different levels is where your problem should be.

thanx alot...
loadVariablesNum can actually load multiple variables at once.. the problem is flash read the value of the loaded variable as string.. my problem is fixed now, when I parse those variable to integer.. :wink:
