making sitemap and linking each exteranlly loaded swf

Hi,

I am creating a website with 6 different swfs (each swf having 3-4 frames) externally loading into one shell. now the issue is that i also need to create a site map with with links to swf and also links to specific frames in the swfs.

Please suggest... have wasted 2 days still no solution as yet.
