Menu Malfunction

I am making a flash menu which has about the same action as this site's navigation bar (http://www.cyberblue234.com). The problem is that I cannot get the "sticking" action that is in their site. I'm not sure if they are using an invisible button to the whole menu/picture, or just some fairly advanced actionscript. Please respond soon, I am on a tight deadline. Thanks!

just use an onMouseOver only then on each rollOver you need to check all the other states and reset them...
