I tried to find one of those with no luck, so i had to build one myself. I found the formula and created a mortgage calculator. I am a AS newbie so i'm sure someone else could do it better but it does work 
! All this will do is estimate your monthly payment according to:
Mortgage Amount
Term of Mortgage (in years)
Interest Rate in %
