move clip with form and password

Hi Everyone.
I have some problem
I create nice box with form and password(everything works perfect) when I convert that to the move clip and load to the flash site the form does not work correctly. Submit button does not have a sign "submit" and I can't tape the password.

What I did wrong?

My english is poor too :D, i'm sorry to ask but are you sure it's same file you upload to ur host :P.

if it is possible give us a link or a file , at least some code.
