You have to create 3 movieclips out of the 3 layers if they are all in the _root or the same movieclip, you can't only play one layer.

For each layer insert a new symbol & copy the tween frames per-layer inside of the symbol, in the last frame of the tweens you don't want to play put a stop(); action.

you should now have 3 movieclips each with one of the layers contents inside of the movieclip.

k do you mean make 3 movie clips and copy and paste the frames to it then add the mc's to the orginal layers then add action stop(); to the lasts key frames or

make 3 whole new symbols and make an mc with all thos layers in thier and frames then add it to the scene time line and delete the old lsingle layers then put the action?

If they are in _root in 3 layers.

copy frames from layer one, paste into new mc, if it is to be a one-run layer put stop() in the last keyframe.

delete the frames you copied from _root, place this new mc in the keyframe that remains.

Do the same for the others only not using the stop() with the one(s) that will keep running.
