Ozzu please help!
I'm not a developer but found this forum and hope you can help.

My pc (WIN ME OS - yeh I know) won't recognise it's already got flash and macromedia on it. it's running IE6 and should have the plugins but each time I look at a flash site it says I don't have flash!

What do you think?

Cheers, Vic x

well, anything beyond this will be troubeshooting, i really dont got the time, i need sleep...

try these:

-a different browser like opera or netscape (i recommend opera)

-reseting your ie settings

-reinstalling ie

-uninstalling your pre-existing flash player and then try downloading it from the site

-asking your computer nicely to show flash pages

-get a pet monkey and train it to be a computer software engineer (this solution works wonders!)

just playin around, should i bother saying omit the last two?
nothing more is comming to mind for me right now...

if u got Flash installed try running a swf on ur computer, that might help someone else help you if they know whether the swf runs on ur comp or not...
