Need Help Editing Menu Bar for Site. Have Tutorial.

I'm a total newbie to Flash so, I start with sincere apologies. I have a tutorial that's supposed to step me through editing this menu bar but I'm so lost and can't seem to get my screens to match what they're doing in the tutorial.

I think I'd do much better if I could be directed to some directions on editing this that were written out or something instead of trying to watch what's being clicked on in this tutorial. It's crazy actually.

I don't see where I can upload either my file or the tutorial here in this post though.

I tried to post the website I was working on but found that I couldn't do that either. Let me know what I can do to help you help me more.

we all been total newbies to Flash at a certain moment and been trough frustrating situations, but eventually we kept on going.
So i'd say you keep trying until you figure it out. It may seem hard and discouraging at start, but if you focus your attention a bit more, you'll eventually succeed.
