Need Help W/ Preloader

i put in a preloader using kirupa's tuts

its taking forever to load and the preloader doesnt show.

should it even take this long cause all it is a few text, pic's that move, and small sound clips

if the size of your flash movie is large during the start of the
preloader it's not going to show right away. You need to keep the
graphics and text to a minimum for it to show right away and
"preload" properly. Otherwise, your preloading the preloader.

The file at url http://www.jako.us/sound/Untitled-4.swf does not exist, which is why it isn't loading.

Check the embed code, its looking for the file at sound/Untitled-4.swf, so either you have to move the .swf into a directory called "sound" or change the file location url in the embed code
