Is the flash file thats doing the getURL inside the iFrame or outside of it? Or possibly inside a second iFrame inside a main page calling another iFrame?

The code here looks correct if the flash file is outside of the iFrame IE

Code: [ Select ]
<embed>...</embed>
<iframe ID="pages"...</iframe>
  1. <embed>...</embed>
  2. <iframe ID="pages"...</iframe>

Another problem could be your doctype. I know that iFrames are kinda fussy about that stuff. I belive the correct doctype is "XHTML 1.0 Transitional" but I'm not sure

just curious if you remove the ,"pages" from the getURL does the maps.html file load in place of the swf?
