I need help with a site

Hi, I have a site im trying to do the index page was done in dreamwever (its just a basic html page saying site best viewed at and flash player 7 or higher required) what im trying to do is have a button on it to open a flash based movie that is the same size as my flash movie. Do I put the code to the button in dreamweaver of do I put it to the flash file. Help!!! what is the easiest wayjavascript:emoticon(':!:')
