Need some help with My site!! [loading screen]

i want a loading screen before my site fully loaded. it can be
1. loading screen before the home page fully loaded.
2. loading screen before the flash fully loaded.
3. loading screen before each page loaded.
4. loading screen before the WEBSITE fully loaded.
i used SWISHMAX 2 for flash. Not so familiar with FLASH!! [shall take a lesson soon with FLASH]
