I just found this website through Google. Amaizing flash on the home page. I like the ink spatter effect. Can someone tell me how to create similar like this?

looks to me like they're just masking images and then animating the mask so that the objects seem to appear as if painted. If you know any flash at all it should be a pretty basic timeline animation. You just need to find the right imagery

More exactly:
You need the image of the stain.
Them you define it as a movie clip and put it in, let's say, layer 1.
Then you create layer 2, move it above layer 1 and define it as mask for layer 1.
In layer 2, you need to draw a circle and convert it to movie clip. Then, make an animation (aprox. 0.75 seconds long) in which the circle goes from 10% size to 100% size. If you want to look it a bit more interesting, you can add motion tween to it.

Also, another cool effect is to make the stain drop in size a little bit, exactly after it is fully revealed (and make it look as if it recoils)
