I want to have embedded videos on my website, but I want them to be as accessible as possible to Windows, Mac, and Linux users with as little hassle as possible. Seeing as how Flash 9 works on all these platforms, I figured that it would be the best option compared to more "locked up" formats like .mov or .wmv.

I thought that YouTube would be the best solution for this however I would like the videos and the player to be hosted myself. It is a school website and the district has been thinking about blocking YouTube for a while now too.

So basically, I want to host my own videos with a flash player instead of relying on a third party. Does anyone know of a good program that does this? Thanks.
