Pre-loader for a header?

Should i use a pre-loader for a header thats 90kb? And if so are there any good tuts on making one with the bytes showing etc. :roll:

I put a preloader in all my flash work. Just in case. You never know what people are surfing with nowadays. :D . Go to http://www.kirupa.com and search for preloaders. He has several excellent tutorials.

My personal "rule of thumb," is if the flash itself is more than 30kb I use a preloader.
