Hi there again folks:

I uploaded some files in a single directory, from a free server, a test website (I uploaded a .swf file, a .fla file, a .php file and the .html file.
When I tried the connection in my PC, between the html and the swf file everything worked out perfectly but, when I tried the same with the files on the server it did not worked out...

Any ideas?
I appreciate a lot your help!
Bye!

hi!

I am sorry but, what do you mean with the swf path?... I exported my .fla file as .swf and as .html... is it enough or do I have to do anything extra?

Thanks again for your advices.

When you published your movie, did you publish the swf and html files to the same directory, or did you put them in another directory? By default publishing in Flash saves the files to the same directory as the FLA file. When the HTML is created it assumes that the swf file will be located in the same directory as the HTML file. So when you upload to server, make sure you save both the HTML file and Flash file in the same place.

Another possibility is that your freehost does not support Flash. Double check with them to make sure Flash is supported.
