Publish as Windows exe need quick info. {resolved}

I have a flash movie which contains a couple external swf's as well as flv's. I'm going to have to burn the exe to CD with an autostart. I just need to know if the extra swf's and flv's need to be included in the relative directory on the CD as when they were created or is everything embeded in the exe.
