When I made the flash movie it was high resolution, but when I imbedded it in the page as a smaller size, the resolution became a bit fuzzy. How do I reduce the size without losing the image quality?

Lossless scaling only works with vectors, imported graphics (jpg,png,ect..) are still bound by the same rules of regular images. (unless you trace bitmap, but in this case not a good idea  )

To correct this you need to resize the images to the size they are going to be when you use the movie, import them into flash, then republish the movie at the size it is going to be.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.
