Select picture from photoshop

I have a pix in Photoshop in many layer. But when i select a layer and put in flash, this pix is shown with white platform. How can I remove this white platform and get the selected layer only like in Photoshop

u must not copy the layer for photoshop and paste it directly in flash
u have to do this steps :
in photoshop
Hide all the layers except the one u need
Go to file-> save as -> and save it as *.png
In flash
Import the *.png image that u made to the flash ( file-> import -> )
OR :
copy the layer for photoshop and paste it in flash then select it and :
Modify -> Bitmap -> Trace Bitmap -> then u can select the unwanted shape and delete it
