Setting the contents of a HTML div tag from flash?

Hi...

Is that possible?

I have a text scroller in html which I want to update dynamically with new text when specfic buttons are clicked from a flash nav bar...

The easiest method of achieving this would be to turn that div tag into an iframe and target the iframe name from flash.

The harder method would be to use a JavaScript function to change the contents of the div tag, and call that function from inside Flash.

Yes :) worked great...

Now...new q - how can i implement the ol TGotolabel cmd in order to goto a frame label in a specific MC in a flash mx swf from a html link?

You will have to use Javascript communication to Flash for that.

I'm not exactly sure how that works, Macromedia has some information on Javascript to Flash communication on their site, run a search at macromedia.com for something like "Javascript to Flash Communication" or "Flash to Javascript Communication", something like that.
