Is there any good websites/videos that could be linked to me that show tutorials on becoming good at using Flash CS3? I really want to improve on animations/backgrounds and how to become more detailed with my flash movies. Easy to understand, too.

More homework? I really don't understand your over night (at least my time) rashes of 5-7 questions at once that you usually don't come back to...
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

This is called "drag and drop" and it's mostly done with Javascript.
Just Google for "javascript drag and drop tutorial" and you'll learn everything about it.

The first result I got on Google:

Good luck ;)
