Small display window with buttons to switch viewable display

Kinda like a little TV to watch different media clips on. Has anyone seen a tutorial on how to build something like this anywhere? Thanx in advance for your help.

Not sure what version of Flash your using, you might need to clarify. There is a good article at Macromedia discussing a project using MX2004 where several video clips are used in a gallery format. I'm sure you could adapt that to a television metaphor quite easily...
