hi there

went through the tutorial: smooth transitions in flash at the following link
http://www.hed.swinburne.edu.au/design/ ... /index.php

however, i wanted to add a drop down menu on top of it, the problem is that the menu hides under the loaded content

any reason why?
you can get the files at this address:
http://www.evolve-communications.com/files/smooth.7z
kindly let me know, thanks
please help!!

did you ever think that maybe we don't want to download your files to try and figure out what your asking us? Maybe you should publish your file and put it online with a link....

I don't have any idea what your really asking. Is the overlap problem in html? or inside your swf? does it happen when you click a menu button or is it always that way? Show us the problem. Don't use 2 lines to state a problem and then complain that no one wants to take the time out of our busy schedules to do a bunch of research before answering your question

That is no way to talk on this forum... I understand your frustration but not everything comes in gold. People may not know how to solve the problem, have no time to help, the views could be from people who do not not flash (like me), or there could be other reasons that my imagination can not come up with. And by the way, no chat speak... it's in the rules... please read the rules before posting.

Some tips on getting this thread noticed by more people is to post more and put a link to this thread in your signature.
