There is a little trick to that:

When you select the dynamic textbox, click on "Characters" and choose "All Characters" and then "Done"

Without this it will NOT display special characters... :)

thanks,

but the problem is that it's not working. (i don't have 'all characters' option). in character window I have radio buttons 'no characters' and 'specify ranges' where I have list . after I select all ranges it doesn't make diference. i still don't have polish letters.

Are you sure you don't have this when you select your dynamic text field and then you click on "Characters"...?

now I'm 100% sure that I don't have such an option. thank you for your help and time, bu few minutes ago I have resolved my problem. the thing wasn't in flash but in the way I was saving my txt file. I thought that I have to create txt file and save it. what I should do was saving this file in UTF-8 codding not ansi.
