swf and broswer issue

Hi Friends
i am have strange issue, as we all know that swf is not browser based... but just take a look at this url:- http://www.sycamoresol.org/misc/videopl ... layer.html

in FF, IE, Crome, Safari i am unable to see progressive video download. In only opera i m able to see progressive video...
I am unable to trace what's rong..!?
