Unable to have two different flash items on one page

I have an SWF file for navigation on my page and I also want to have a streaming movie (FLV) playing. If I place the Viewer on the page it does not even show up, no error nothing. Now if I were to remove my navigation it would work. Would this have something to do with the java-script flash writes so it will work in I.E.??

Any help would be great.
