Hey guys, I was wondering, that almost 90% of Video on the web is in flash. How will that video be converted into HTML 5. Also, are there any good HTML Video editing tools.

It won't be. Most correctly created web video is in a file format that can be used in flash or alone. Think of HTML5 and Flash as the players and the video is the media. This is all similar to how a sony dvd player and a samsung dvd player can both play the same dvd disc.

As for an HTML video editor, I'm not sure exactly what your asking for. HTML alone can't modify a video any more than it can modify an image file.
