What kind of scripting is done to stream this video on http://www.babeblvd.com/

If you use Flash MX 2004 and aren't too keen on ActionScripting, then you can use the MediaPlayback component that comes with it. It's in the components panel.

Or if you use Flash MX you can go to http://www.flashcomponents.net/ and run a search for 'video' to narrow down their components for video playback.
