Weird Problem

Can someone please tell me what is going on here?

This page works fine in Firefox, Safari but not in IE7

When the mouse is MOVING over the flash movie in IE, all animation stops. If the mouse is over the movie but NOT MOVING, animation is OK. Anyone have any clues as to why this might be?
