what are the basic requirements of a new flash cartoonist

hi,
i when through cartoonsmart.com. and i was really impressed with the cartoons i saw on the site, all made from flash. if i wish to do cartoons like that what are the basic requirement in terms of skills and talent. do i really made to know how to draw before i can do such cartoons.

Not much tallent is needed to draw in Flash. However, more talent is required to animate your drawings.
