um whats the difference between action script and flash and which one is better

action script is the scripting language that essentially makes Flash interactive. Otherwise flash would just be animated photoshop. They are integrated. There is no better.

Action script is also used for making flash.Action script is better for bulky work

does any flash site ever has any site map? and if yes, how do you control linking external files(swf)?
