XML flash template... simple question...

I have downloaded an xml flash tempalte from templatemonster and i've been able to do everything else i've needed to except figure out how to compose a link that will point to an existing page within the flash site (ie; the hyperlink would say "click here for more info" and it would bring them to the "contact us" page within the flash animation). I'm assuming that it's an asfunction thing, but i have no idea how to construct it. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance!
