Explorateur Windows congélation All the Time

Bonjour .. please help.

Mon PC a été infectée par un virus ou un ver C: \ SUD \ SSOW \ sep.exe et chaque fois que je vais ouvrir l'Explorateur Windows, la touche "Windows Explorer a rencontré un problème..." Message apparaît et ensuite il serait geler. Ce n'est qu'après que je termine le processus explorer.exe que le PC se présenterait à nouveau. Maintenant, je peux pas ouvrir l'Explorateur Windows à cause de cela, toutes les applications fonctionnent bien, sauf pour l'explorateur windows.

J'ai réussi à supprimer C: \ SUD \ SSOW \ septembre exe par Malwarebytes anti-malware, mais encore l'explorateur windows agit de même. please help.
