Large CPU Usage relativley de peu de mémoire

Avant de commencer, j'ai exécuter ce programme en tant qu'administrateur. Je suis sous Windows Vista

J'utilise Malwarebyte Anti-Malware (Comme il est d'usage au travail, et semble être efficace à cet endroit)

McAfee Security Suite tant que mon logiciel anti-virus (il scanne automatiquement à la fois, qui pourrait être une telle douleur.)

J'ai aussi utiliser CCleaner tous les jours, mais je ne l'utilise pas beaucoup Adaware.

Je veux dire par Large allant de 25-100% Voir image ci-joint si vous avez besoin d'infos claires



Alors Est ce que quelqu'un peut me corriger?
