tskmgr ordinateur lent / erreur son dévers / open / cant ouvrir reg

Mon ordinateur ASUS X77 i7 se écran bleu de plus en plus souvent.

Je ne peux pas ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâche ou regedit et l'ordinateur fonctionne vraiment très lent. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?
