S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi avec mon problème, merci!

Dernièrement, chaque fois que j'ai d'abord ouvrir une fenêtre Internet Explorer sur le démarrage de mon ordinateur, mon logiciel BitDefender détecte un "Trojan.Generic.1375154", et demande que le "fichier a été supprimé". Toutefois, cela se produit chaque fois que j'ouvre une fenêtre IE, pour la première fois sur le démarrage, et le nom du fichier sera toujours la même. Je pense qu'il pourrait être un fichier de régénération, mais je n'arrive pas à trouver ce fichier par moi-même, même dans le répertoire du fichier indiqué.

Deuxièmement, mes fenêtres IE de clôture ont été par lui-même assez souvent.

Troisièmement, je ne peux plus lancer Windows Update, en raison d'une erreur "Code 80072F8F". Apparaît notly mon ordinateur parce que son horloge n'est pas synchronisée avec l'horloge Windows, mais Ive vu de cela, mais rien ne semble fonctionner.

le pire de tout, je n'arrive pas à accéder à une page qui me permet de télécharger des programmes tels que spybot. i, à utiliser un autre ordi pour télécharger le fichier. exe pour l'installer, mais à mi-chemin au cours de l'installation ce qu'il tente d'accéder à la mise en réseau website.org-sûr, l'installation de décrochage à cause d'une erreur.

i ne peut pas non plus mise à jour de mon ad-aware (édition anniversaire). i ne peut pas non plus accès malwarebytes. org. theres aussi un message d'erreur lorsque je tente de mettre à jour bitdefender / windows / windows defender. ma connexion internet est très bien - je peux visiter d'autres sites.

il semble que quelque chose m'empêchait d'installation de mises à jour / anti-spyware ou de l'accès à ces sites qui contribueraient effectivement à se débarrasser du problème! S'il vous plaît, aidez! Merci beaucoup!

Je ne pense pas que vous avez fait ce que j'ai dit, parce que je vois encore les barres d'outils qui ne sont pas sécurisés. Étant donné que vous avez toujours des problèmes, je voudrais supprimer tous les fichiers cab aussi. Vous pouvez réinstaller votre facebook et MSN choses plus tard.

Si votre abonnement à Symantec a expiré, le désinstaller. Exécuter msconfig, allez à l'onglet Démarrage et décochez toutes les choses qui ne sont pas nécessaires pour charger en mémoire au démarrage. Reboot, cliquez sur OK et essayez à nouveau vos mises à jour. Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, essayez le mode sans échec.
